Hi, my name is Jodie Child and I’ve been called into this wonderful space, mixing Shamanism, integral sound healing and Holy Fire Reiki.
For me, Shamanism is a way of life; respecting and honouring all living and nonliving.
It connects us with the unseen realms and dimensions. It connects us with nature, the cosmos, the multiverse. It connects us with the fragmented aspects of self.
Shamanism connects and guides us through the ebb and flow of life.
Shamanism has taught me to respect myself and others and has taught me to be in right relationship with all things and to be respectful and non-judgemental of others as they walk their path.

I am a sound healing practitioner, having trained in Sound Healing, Shamanism, and Holy Fire Reiki and other Modalities along the way gaining knowledge and continuously on a learning journey for personal growth and transformation.
In my previous career, I was a children’s yoga and meditation instructor, early childhood educator and advocate for the welfare of young children. I am also a children’s author.
I consider myself a multidimensional being and a long-term prophetic dreamer, who is able to connect and bridge other realms and realities to Earth.
Above all, I am here to serve those who are ready to heal, connect and flourish.

“What a pure, Divine treat!
Upon arrival in Mackay yesterday afternoon, my darling friend picked me up at the airport & immediately whisked me off for a lovely surprise!
She smiled & told me she had lined up a very special treat for me. Well, wasn’t I in for a mind-blowing experience that the very word blissful, still seemed way too inadequate to describe! Jodie Child, is a very accomplished sound healer who works with the sounds of the crystal bowls & various instruments, as well as the native animal & wild bird energies to restore the most serene sense of peace & calm in your soul that you could ever imagine! It was a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath!!
I was on the table for an hour & a half for my sound bath & I honestly thought it was more like ten minutes!! . . . In just mere minutes, Jodie took me away from all the harshness, anger & division that’s ravaging the world right now & transported me to place where I just let absolutely everything go . . . AND BELIEVE ME, IT ALL WENT!! The whole physical world & all its woes just melted away into nothingness . . .
Seriously, this would have to rate as one of THE most amazing healings I have ever experienced in my entire life & I’ve had many! . . . If any of you lovely folk live up this way I HIGHLY recommend you treat yourself to a sound bath with our lovely Jodie!!
