Shave cacao into small pieces infusing your desired intention as you shave.

Using the double boiler method. Place shaved cacao (No more than 42grams) and desired milk of your choice or water. Mix until melted and warm. Do not bring to the boil.

Add spices of your choice like cardamon or cinnamon ect

Add a desired sweetener if required honey, agave or maple syrup.

Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.

Mix and blend with love.

Pour in to your favourite mug and take a moment of gratitude and give thanks as you send your intention to the heavens.
